Philadelphia’s music scene just got a little bit better. Fitch Means grew up with a passion for music and ambition to share it with the world. In 2018 he decided to start making music professionally and put his talents out there.

He released his first single Secrets which gained popularity among listeners all over the country. After the success of his first single Fitch Means knew that his music was the path that he should be following.

Fitch Means Makes Great R&B Music

Fitch Means’s latest project is a 4-track EP called 2 AM Drive. The songs on 2 AM Drive were all written by Fitch Means when he was at a low-point in his life after a breakup. He needed a challenge to get his motivation back so he put his energy into writing music.

All 4 songs on the EP 2 AM Drive speak deeply to what Fitch Means was going through while writing the album. They are relatable to anyone who has gone through a similar situation. Fitch Means is able to put feelings we all have experienced in his songwriting. 

The title track 2 AM Drive is about the drives Fitch Means would take in the middle of the night to clear his head when he had too much going on and couldn’t sleep. Another song on the EP, called Love Feel Like, references the blissful feeling love brings you and why we fall for it. 

Pretend is the song with the most passion on 2 AM Drive. You can hear Fitch Mean’s personal story come out through his lyrics.

There is one more amazing track on this soulful R&B EP. The last song So Far Gone is about the end of his relationship and finding closure. It is the perfect ending to this beautifully done EP.  When listening to this track you feel like you were in Fitch Mean’s heart and head.
